Just arrived back....
We have just returned from our second trip (well, third for me as I was out with the boys in June)
The weather was perfect, so made lots of use of our cabriolet car and we had wonderful relaxing time. We tried to eat in some new places (reports
coming up) and got to see some new stuff.
The only downer was that we were delayed for 5 hours coming home. Apparently Gatwick was fog bound on Monday morning so it delayed the flight out. The
annoying thing was that EVERYTHING closed at the airport at 9pm - so you could not even get a hot drink - Starbucks, Burger King - everything. I
suppose thats because normally the last flights leave by then.

Oh yes Jane - back to work tomorrow.
However next trip - March, already booked - Sad huh!

Getting food and drink when flights are delayed past the normal airport closing time is always a problem anywhere. Still lets hope the next trip is
better.

NOT AT ALL SAD LYNN!
I went back to work on Monday, - it's like I've never been away now!! boo hoo.
never mind, I'll be back in May, and you'll be back in March!
could be worse I supose.....

Welcome home Lynn,
Sounds as though you returned home just in time avoiding the incoming weather. We are going out next March as well and really looking forward to it,
but could be another working holiday. Not a bad place to work, with a pool outside the door.
Great to hear you had a great time.

We are going out in January - can't wait.
I will be there for my birthday! I'm not saying which one!!
I hope that I will get taken out for a special meal, so am looking forward to reading your recommendations.

Yeah, I'm not going until October 2007!! Don't feel sorry for me tho, just trying to save some money to do the kitchen....been saying that for 4
years now! but am adamant that I will have to forego my trip next year.
Mom off beg Dec and again next March, so villa getting some family use, which is what it is all about.
